भारतीय तंत्र शास्त्र / Bhartiya Tantra Shastra पुस्तक के कुछ अंश :- कार्यशाला की अधिकृत भाषा हिन्दी और अंग्रेजी थी । सभी निबन्ध हमें इन दो भाषाओं में ही मिले, किन्तु विचार-विनिमय के समय संस्कृत भाषा का भी विनियोग हुआ, क्योंकि इस कार्यशाला के उद्घाटन और समापन सत्रो के अध्यक्ष प्रो० एन० आर० भट्ट हिन्दी से स्वल्प परिचित थे। उनके साथ विचार-विनिमय में प्रयुक्त संस्कृत भाषा के प्रसगो को यहाँ हिन्दी भाषा मे परिवर्तित कर दिया गया है । निबन्धों और उन पर हुए विचार-विनिमय को यहां अलग-अलग टाइपों में मुद्रित किया गया है और विभिन्न तन्त्रो का विवरण प्रस्तुत करते हुए प्रारम्भ मे निबन्धों के लेखको, वाचको तथा विचार-विनिमय में भाग लेने वाले विद्वानों का उल्लेख कर दिया गया है ।
कार्यशाला मे समागत विद्वानो ने यह विचार व्यक्त किया था कि तन्त्रशास्त्र को विभिन्न शाखाओ पर अब तक कोई कार्यशाला या विद्वद्गोष्ठी नहीं हुई। किन्तु बात ऐसी नहीं है। इस युग मे तन्त्रशास्त्र के प्रतिष्ठापक पद्मविभूषण म० म० गोपीनाथ कविराज जी की देखरेख और प्रो0 जगन्नाथ उपाध्याय जी के सयोजकत्व मे सम्पूर्णानन्द संस्कृत विश्वविद्यालय मे एक तन्त्र सम्मेलन हुआ था और उस समय प्रो० उपाध्याय जो के अथक प्रयास से एक प्रदर्शनी भी आयोजित हुई थी इस कार्यशाला के अवसर पर भी इस तरह का लघुप्रयास 1 किया गया ।
इसके लिये हम प्रो0 रामशकर त्रिपाठी, भिक्षु लोसग नोवूं शास्त्री तथा उनके सहयोगियों को धन्यवाद देना चाहते है । इस प्रदर्शनी मे प्रो० पी० पी० आपटे ने अपने मडल सम्बन्धी चित्रो को प्रस्तुत किया । हम इनके आभारी है ।
समागत विद्वानो ने समापन सत्र मे पूरी कार्यशाला मे सम्पन्न हुए कार्यक्रमो पर सन्तोष व्यक्त किया। उन्होने अपने कुछ बहुमूल्य सुझाव भी दिये । तदनुसार कुछ संशोधनों के साथ यह पूरी सामग्री यहा प्रस्तुत की गई है। उनकी सन्तुष्टि पर ही इस कार्य की सफलता निर्भर है। विचार-विनिमय मे भाग लेने वाले अधिकाश विद्वानो ने हमारी प्रार्थना पर अपने-अपने वक्तव्यो को सावधानी पूर्वक देखने की कृपा की है । हम उन सबके आभारी है । इस पूरी कार्यशाला पर एक समीक्षात्मक पर्यवेक्षण प्रस्तुत करने का हमारा विचार है। इस कार्य मे प्रो० नथमल टाटिया जो ने सहयोग करने का हमे आश्वासन दिया है । हमें आशा है कि प्रस्तुत विवरण के प्रकाशन के बाद यह भी सम्पन्न हो सकेगा ।

kaaryashaala me samaagat vidvaano ne yah vichaar vyakt kiya tha ki tantrashaastr ko vibhinn shaakhao par ab tak koee kaaryashaala ya vidvadgoshthee nahin huee. kintu baat aisee nahin hai. is yug me tantrashaastr ke pratishthaapak padmavibhooshan ma ma gopeenaath kaviraaj jee kee dekharekh aur pro jagannaath upaadhyaay jee ke sayojakatv me sampoornaanand sanskrt vishvavidyaalay me ek tantr sammelan hua tha aur us samay pro upaadhyaay jo ke athak prayaas se ek pradarshanee bhee aayojit huee thee is kaaryashaala ke avasar par bhee is tarah ka laghuprayaas 1 kiya gaya .
isake liye ham pro raamashakar tripaathee, bhikshu losag novoon shaastree tatha unake sahayogiyon ko dhanyavaad dena chaahate hai . is pradarshanee me pro pee pee aapate ne apane madal sambandhee chitro ko prastut kiya . ham inake aabhaaree hai .
samaagat vidvaano ne samaapan satr me pooree kaaryashaala me sampann hue kaaryakramo par santosh vyakt kiya. unhone apane kuchh bahumooly sujhaav bhee diye . tadanusaar kuchh sanshodhanon ke saath yah pooree saamagree yaha prastut kee gaee hai. unakee santushti par hee is kaary kee saphalata nirbhar hai. vichaar-vinimay me bhaag lene vaale adhikaash vidvaano ne hamaaree praarthana par apane-apane vaktavyo ko saavadhaanee poorvak dekhane kee krpa kee hai . ham un sabake aabhaaree hai .
is pooree kaaryashaala par ek sameekshaatmak paryavekshan prastut karane ka hamaara vichaar hai. is kaary me pro nathamal taatiya jo ne sahayog karane ka hame aashvaasan diya hai . hamen aasha hai ki prastut vivaran ke prakaashan ke baad yah bhee sampann ho sakega .
The official languages of the workshop were Hindi and English. We got all the essays in these two languages only, but at the time of discussion, Sanskrit language was also used, because the chairman of the opening and closing sessions of this workshop, Prof.
NR Bhatt was little familiar with Hindi. The Sanskrit language used in exchange of views with them has been converted into Hindi language here. The essays and the exchange of views on them have been printed here in different types and the authors of the essays, the readers and the scholars participating in the exchange of views have been mentioned in the beginning while presenting the details of the different systems.
The scholars involved in the workshop had expressed the view that till now no workshop or seminar has been held on various branches of Tantrashastra. But the matter is not like this. In this era, a Tantra Sammelan was held at Sampurnanand Sanskrit Vishwavidyalaya under the supervision of Padmavibhushan, the founder of Tantra Shastra, M.M. Gopinath Kaviraj ji and under the convenorship of Prof. Jagannath Upadhyay ji, and at that time an exhibition was also organized with the untiring efforts of Prof.
Upadhyay. For this we would like to thank Prof. Ramshakar Tripathi, Bhikshu Losag Novum Shastri and their colleagues. Prof. P.P. Apte presented his model related pictures in this exhibition. We are grateful to them.

In the concluding session, the assembled scholars expressed satisfaction over the programs completed in the entire workshop. He also gave some valuable suggestions. Accordingly, the entire material is presented here with some modifications.
The success of this work depends on their satisfaction. Most of the scholars who took part in the discussion have been kind enough to look carefully at our respective statements on our request. We are grateful to all of them. It is our intention to present a critical overview on the whole workshop. Prof. Nathamal Tatia who has assured us of cooperation in this work. We hope that this will also be completed after the publication of the presented details.
