न्यूयॉर्क जाने के लिए लॉस एंजिल्स से जब विमान उड़ता है तो पायलट लाउडस्पीकर पर आकर कहता है, ‘भाइयो एवं बहनो, महिलाओ और सज्जनो, हमारे विमान से सफर करने के लिए धन्यवाद। यह विमान लगभग पाँच घंटे बारह मिनट का समय लेगा और मैं आपको भरोसा दिलाता हूँ कि ठीक पाँच घंटे वारह मिनट बाद ला-गार्डिया हवाई अड्डे पर हम होंगे।’
